I dag avsa Høyesterett dom i Førdefjord-saken. Dommen betyr at all deponering som har skjedd i Førdefjorden hittil har skjedd uten gyldig utslippstillatelse. Det dumpes i dag mer enn 100 000 tonn med finknuste masser i fjorden hver måned. Ifølge regjeringsadvokaten kan deponeringen i Førdefjorden nå fortsette. Mener regjeringen at det er i overensstemmelse med EØS-avtalen å fortsette deponering
